For this crochet blanket you need:

• 6 mm hook / US J/10

• yarn colour B (LionBrand Yarn, Re-Spun Alpine)

• scissors, yarn needle

Gauge:

13DC x 7rows = 10cm / 4inch

Dimensions of this blanket:

36" x 48"

Notes

1) This pattern is all in DC so as you can see on my spreadsheet there are only numbers under the column of the yarn colour. I find this helpful as you can make your own notes where you just left and you can easily continue when you get back to it.

2) Every row ends with turning ch 2. It counts as a first DC of the next row.

3) I always carried colour A only. For the bottom and top 5 moon phases I cut the yarn for 5 small balls of colour B (each ball for one moon phase). For the middle part I made 3 bigger balls of colour B.

4) Don't forget about last DC of the each row into the last 2ch.
